Limone Technique class- 13/01/2012


Exercise two- feet.

Focus Points:
-Resist when doing a tendu. Yout feet should look as though you are moving through syrup until you reach your maximum point without scrunching up the toes.
-Perform with energy and focus.
-Lengthen the body and keep it alligned; this will help with balance.

Improvements:
-0:16 my suspension should be expressed. This will show more emotion and give the exercise a dynamic edge.
-At 0:21 I need to keep the bottom half of my body turned out.
-0:28 my tendus aren't resistant; it looks as though I am placing my foot from one are to another rather than pushing it through the floor.
-Overall improvements would be to make sure my body is pulled up and alligned.
