First Limone technique session- tilts and rolls.

This is the first exercise we learnt on Limone technique. It involved standing with our feet in parallel, arms in second. We them tilt the upper half of our body to the right hand side, bring back to centre and continue tilting the the left. We then, with our right arm bring it all the way over and into a bent knee position. With our head dropped, we slowly rise bringing our head up last. Opening our arms into second again, we repeat the exericise, but on the opposite side. The difference this time is we raise our right arm to our head and roll down to the floor. We them walk out into a press up position, hold for two seconds, and bring back into a crouched parallel. We then roll up, open our arms into second, and repeat the whole exercise.

Improvements:
My first improvement is at 0:11. The upper half of my body looks as though it is almost too tilted. This is because the tilt isn't centred and the balance is affected.
