First Limone session- fall and recover.


This is the third exercise in the group of Limone exercises, fall and recover. Standing with our feet in first position we raise our right leg forward and fall onto it. We then push back up into first position. We repeat this on all sides.

Improvements:
My first improvement is at 0:08. When I fall onto my leg I could use the upper half of my body to make the fall seem heavy and drop it down more. My next improvement is at 0:20. When I drop forward I could drop my head more. At 0:36 I do the exercise wrong and go the wrong way. I need to make sure I always concentrate when doing the exercises. At 0:59 I forgot the exercise.
