Limone Technique class- 13/01/2012
Exercise one- tilts and rolls.
Focus Points:
- Lifting and lengthening up and out of the torso, reaching a suspended moment before tilting.
- Engaging stomach muscles so that you can tilt to your maximum without compromising the parallel position.
- Roll through the spine.
- Move continuously throughout the exercise.
Improvements:
- My first improvement is at 0:11. I don't roll up through my spine fully and this makes the movement look unfinished.
- At 0:13 my arms aren't fully extended and engaged and this makes them look droopy and unprofessional.
- An overall improvement would be to work on the dynamic flow of my movements. A change in dynamics would help the overall performance
