Limon Technique class- 6/01/2012
This 0:06 I could contract when hitting the position. This would put more emotion and expression into the piece. At 0:11 my left arm seems to just hang. I could bring my arm up so that it looks neater. I could also contract at 0:21.
Limone Technique class- 6/01/2012
This is the fourth exercise from the Limone Technqiue exercises; Fall and Recover.
Key Words
Heavy Energy, Suspension, Fall, Recover.
Improvements
My first overall improvement after watching the video is to aim to push my landing once I kick. I need to push my foot forward more in order to challenge my recovery and make it harder for my to get back up. My second improvement would be to use my arms during the exercise, such as crossing my arms when transitioning into a high release. This makes it more pleasing to watch from an audience perspective. At 0:20, I could make my high release much more expressed.

Limone Technique class- 6/01/2012
This is exercise three of the Limone Technique class; floor work. At 0:01 my attitude position is weak and limp. I need to use my leg strength and focus on hitting the positions corectly. At 0:02 I seem to flump down on the floor. My transitions need to be flawless and fluid to look their best. 0:04, I need to rotate the whole of my upper body rather than just my head. At 0:10, I need to watch how I get off he floor to make sure it doesn't look messy.
Limone Technique Class 6/01/2012
This is the video for exercise 2- Foot exercises. My first improvement is at 0:03. My balance isn't central as my parallel is too wide and as a result this makes me have to alter the position. My second improvement is at 0:09. I want to try to aim to make my leg lift higher. For this, I need to work on my leg strength. At 0:10 my suspension could be improved to express more emotion. My tendu's at 0:14 look as though my foot is just being placed. They should push through the floor until my foot has no other option but to transition into a point.

Limone Technique class 6/01/2012
This video includes exercise 1- tilts and rolls. My first improvement is at 0:10. I am a bit behind the others so I need to make sure I use the mirrors to keep up with the movements. I also need to watch my parallel position as it's a bit far spread.
Focus Points1) When doing the hugging movement at the beginning I need to rise before I fall.
2) When tilting, on the second tilt I need to make sure I go to my full potential and go beyond my limitations.

Saturday Night Fever- Audition.
This is mine and Ellouise's 'audition'. During the workshop we got taught a short piece and had to audition as though we was going to an actual, professional audition. At the end of the piece we was given feedback and mine was to make sure I remebered all of the movements although I had fun with it, and got into the 'natural swing'.
Saturday Night Fever- paired walks.
This is the warm up walks we did at the beginning of the session. It focused on the hips and 'wiggling.'
Improvements:
Improvements that could be made is to use my hips more to give more of a disco sense. I could also try to stay up on my toes more and try not to stay focused.
